Southeast Collision Equipment

Shipping & Freight Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

We supply collision repair equipment, diagnostics, and tools to body shops across Tennessee and Kentucky, and we ship elsewhere in the United States by arrangement. Many of our products are heavy, oversized, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, so shipping works a little differently than at a typical online store.

Freight and shipping charges

Freight depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order and the carrier used. After you place an order we will confirm the freight cost and delivery details with you. Any freight charges will be confirmed with you before your order ships.

Availability and lead times

Availability changes and some products are ordered from the manufacturer. After you order, we will confirm availability and an estimated ship date. Estimated dates are not guaranteed, because they depend on the manufacturer and the carrier.

Local delivery, set-up, and training

For shops in our area, we may be able to deliver and set up equipment and provide hands-on training. Contact us to ask about local delivery and on-site service for your order.

Receiving your delivery

Risk of loss

Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to your address, as confirmed on your order. If a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, we will help you with the carrier claim and replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Extra charges caused by an incorrect address may be billed to you.
